SCHEDULING & BOOKING:

Outdoor portraits take place in the evening as close to sunset as possible for the most beautiful lighting.

CLOTHING SUGGESTIONS & INSPIRATION:

For portraits, single or groups—it is highly recommended that your clothing choice(s) are comfortable and do not require constant care and consideration. For large groups,think about color & coordination. Traditional jean/cache & white will always be popular...but never be afraid to try something new! For single portraits, wardwrobe changes are optional and not limited—if you think you can wear 25 dresses in 2 hours and still get plenty of marvelous pictures...I will be amazed. Although, I would suggest no more than 2-3 changes altogether.

Style is completely left to your heart's desire:however, I would highly recommend the following fantastic websites for ideas on wardrobe selection that collaborate nicely with my photographic style.

PAYMENT:

Cash or check are both acceptable forms of payment. Creative fee payment is expected day of the session for portraits & small events.

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT:

If inclement weather, an emergency, or even a very moody child (yes; I understand they can have their bad days!) should prevent a photo session, the session will be rescheduled as early as possible with no extra charge.

POST PROCESSING & ORDERING:

Your session's fully edited images will be placed in a password protected online gallery on this website within 1 week of a portrait session, or 2 weeks for a small event.

PORTRAIT & SMALL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT:

If you decide to give me the lovely opportunity to photograph you, your friends,family, or event: I will e-mail you the appropriate Photography Agreement form for the occasion. This document is for you to keep & read, so that you are aware of the terms & conditions in relation to my services. This is to prevent any misunderstanding or dispute between myself—the photographer, and you—the client. I will bring a copy of the document to a Portrait session for you to sign, or as is the case with a small event, I would prefer that you sign the document ahead of time and mail it to my home address (which I will provide). If you have any questions concerning the forms content upon receipt, please let me know!
